Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Modesta's website and services, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part
of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to
all visitors, customers, and users of our website and tailoring
services.
Our Services
Modesta provides bespoke tailoring services including:

Custom-made suits for men and women

Made-to-measure garments
-
Alterations and adjustments

Style consultation services
Orders & Payments

All orders require a deposit to commence work. The deposit amount
will be communicated at the time of order.

Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery of the
garment.

Prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise
specified.

We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and cash payments.
Custom Orders & Measurements

Accurate measurements are essential. We recommend in-person
fittings at our showroom for best results.

Custom orders typically take 3-4 weeks to complete, depending on
complexity.

Changes to design or measurements after production has begun may
incur additional charges.

We include fitting sessions to ensure perfect fit before final
delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing an order are
eligible for a full deposit refund.

Once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.

Custom-made garments cannot be returned or exchanged unless there
is a manufacturing defect.

We offer free alterations within 14 days of delivery if the fit
is not satisfactory.
Delivery

Completed garments can be collected from our showroom in
Ibexhill, Lusaka.

Delivery within Lusaka can be arranged for an additional
fee.

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection or
delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Modesta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our
liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not
responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control,
including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or force majeure
events.
Changes to Terms
Modesta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon
posting to this page. We encourage you to review these terms
periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes
acceptance of the updated terms.
